This is a new subdivision that will be approved and finished by the end of the year. McDonald's is already built and is a successful store. We have land leases secured with Taco Bell and Dutch Bro's. There is a new development coming across the street on Montana Ave and the new Montana Freeway should be completed by the end of 2023. We are looking for a long term land lease, or we can build to suit to a national franchise.
